Our venue will be an eclectic experience. It will definitely intrigue our patrons with an imaginary trip to New Orleans, Louisiana just with the vibes, spirits and eats.
Offering live entertainment during dedicated times of the week and Sunday Gospel Brunch, we know Parish 1807 Grill will be the place to be! Our décor is heavily influenced by Plaquemines Parish and Eastbank New Orleans, as we pride ourselves in delivering hospitable and family vibes. Don't be surprised when one of our staff members refer to you as "cousin"... Everyone is family!
Cuisinier Franklin's passion for cooking derived mainly from his Grandmother, Helen C. Franklin who was very passionate about
family and food.
Seeing that food not only brought the family together during the holidays in
her household, but also on a daily basis. Preparing food for her household was always enough to
feed her kids, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Her legacy will never die!
As Cuisinier Franklin transitioned into adulthood, he always carried the passion to cook and bring people together. Being from the South Eastern segment of New Orleans, Louisiana known as Plaquemines Parish and having over 10 years experience in the Food and Beverage industry, his goal was to create a brand that would one day excel from this passion. That day has now come to fruition!
Owning a catering business for three years, he made the decision to transition those efforts into a broader space known as Parish 1807 Grill. He is committed and determined to provide a product that is a cut above his competition. Authentic recipes, food prepared with love, along with hospitable service you can count on are just a few of the qualities that will separate us.
Plaquemines Parish is one of the largest seafood ports in the world and is the area our Cuisinier was reared in mainly due to his paternal and maternal influence. 1807 was the year this particular parish was established, so this is where our name evolved. When visiting our establishment, you are guaranteed to receive excellent customer service and quality "AUTHENTIC" New Orleans cuisine.
The date is approaching fast and we’re making preparations. We are bringing Mardi Gras to Denison!
